Napier Suite

The Napier Suite is a 3000 square feet self contained apartment on the second floor of the historic Klutho designed Napier Apartments.  Kutho built the all brick 2 story building in 1924.

The New Orleans style front porch overlooks the The Riverdale Inn and Row Restaurant and Riverside avenue. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars are just blocks away.  Easily within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

The 600 square feet living room features 2 seating areas with a 42 inch LCD HD television.

The apartment features a gourmet eat-in kitchen fully stocked with plates, cooking implements and cutlery.

The unit has 4 bedrooms and can sleep a maximum of 8 adults.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath featuring both a large walk-in shower and a chromed clawfoot tub.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack-and-jill bathroom with glass enclosed custom shower.  Each bedroom features a king bed.

The fourth bedroom was the former maids quarters.  It is quaint with a queen size bed and it's own custom full bath with shower.

Pricing:

• Master suite only: $250 per night.
• Master suite plus second bedroom: $400 per night.
• The entire apartment is $500 per night (includes all four bedrooms).
• Weekly rates available (generally the charge is 5 nights for a 7 day stay).
